What does the interior of a motorhome look like?

Inside a motorhome, you'll typically find a cab area with driving controls, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You can find different styles- from a transit van size to those that can carry up to six people. Sometimes they might have a double bed over head of the cab/front side of the vehicle but they are usually neat fitted and surely able to fit two people.

What Do You Get With A Motor Home?

Companies vary but the ones I have worked for was very generous with their packages. They gave all aspects of linen, cutlery and even a bottle of wine in for returners! So like I said it depends. On the outside you will find storage for your water pipes to fill up the tanks which you can do at what we call an air de service in France, electricity cables and general bits and bobs for your ‘housekeeping’.

You will also find a storage space for extra luggage and if you are taking or hiring bikes, they can also be put on the back of the vehicle.

Beds are compact. Vans vary from 2 people to six people (sometimes with an overhead cab- this would be above the drivers and passenger seat).
